The work that was done for us was actually two separate projects, in close proximity to each other, and we are really pleased with the outcome of both:
The original project was to replace nine sliding glass doors in our sunroom with more modern versions. It included demolition of the existing doors, repairs of some water damage, and better insulation for the new doors. In addition to providing a much better overall look, the new doors are substantially more energy-efficient.
The second project resulted from our interest in expanding a catwalk around the outside of the sunroom into a usable deck. Unfortunately, we couldn’t expand directly to the rear of the house because the catwalk already abuts the riparian zone. As an alternative, Andy suggested adding a small deck off one end of the sunroom. This turned out to be a great cost-effective solution, and we appreciated his creativity.
